Anonymous asked: i hope that the publicist [or whoever sends out the emails] will send then earlier in the day. B/c last year, they were sent out really late at night [i.e 12:35 AM]…and ppl never got the msg until after the day of the mtg.

Yes, we’re going to make sure that emails and all bulletin notifications are on sent before the meetings so all members can be notified of meetings, times, etc. (:
